a fun little poll
this is just a fun little poll to see what you guys think about the dirty side of this hobby. i personally think that cleaning a protein skimmer smells worse.

the live rock I had didn't smell all that bad, just like a wet dirty dog. The protein skimmer has more of a funk to it.

My tank is new and my protein skimmer is still getting out all this black gunk. Really smells nasty. I never noticed my live rock producing an odor.

Protein skimmer. Every time I have to empty it I gag. Got to the point where I'll bribe someone to empty it for me.

NoobDeBiff got stuck with protein skimmer cleaning duty last night! While I got stuck with placing my new corals where I wanted them on the rocks. Boo hoo.

i say live rock curing.when u have a big rubbermade tube filled with about 80 pounds it dont smell very good plus i have a bad skimmer so(skilter) ive never really smelled a lot of skimmate before
