I got him when he was a bit under 5 inches. He is a bit under 6 inches I'd say now. I think he has put on an inch in a year. The big angelfish I have had seem to put on an inch or so a year. The shark I had put on 8 inches in a year, just for comparison sake!

that sohal looks way bigger then 6 inches by comparison to mine who is about 3 or 3 and a half
