Man im out of options too!!! I keep my lights on around 14-15 hours, sometimes less and sometimes MORE!

i didnt put that option on because i remember reading alot about how that length of time is bad so i didnt even think about putting it

I leave them on for 12-14 also just depends on the day. No current schedule at all. 110 watt compacts

It can be bad if you're having algae problems, but for a tank with no algae problems, a couple extra hours won't hurt anything.
