I believe it money very well spent. It can also track red tides and that multiple square mile pool of plastic particles floating in the ocean. It will keep tract of tagged sea life and so very much more. It will tract typhoons and hurricanes and tsunamis. It will do a lot for what in government spending relatively little money. What does it amount to, maybe one days spending on the U.S.'s military activities world wide. Good technology. Much better than money spent by big brother watching the web or listening in on phone calls.

Never did like wine. Well,there was the Bali Hai in the water pipe years and years ago. Back during the electric wine days. Oh, the 60's. I survived, I survived, well parts of me did.
