Caps are real fast growers. That 1 is about 5 years old. When I got it, it was a frag about 3"x3". I have it on the bottom of my tank under 3x175W mh. It doesn't really like intense light...the color starts to fade.
Water paramaters are about ca 420, alk 9 dKH, mag 1325. I also run gfo to make sure my phosphate is 0. High levels of phosphate can inhibit calcification (stop corals from growing). Current Aquarium(s) Description: 125 reef, mostly SPS Experience in Saltwater & Reef Aquarium Hobby: 20 years

eh, it's not about the winning so much as sharing the beauty I find in my tank. Like everyone here, I take pride in my tank and all the life inside it and it makes me happy to share with everyone!
