as hobbyists we really need to be careful what accidently gets introduced where it doesnt belong..... Actually, it wasn't really carelessness of aquarists, you can blame this one on one bas ass hurricane apparantly

no a hurricane hit and broke the tanks and when the waters recited they carried these lion fish with it, supposedly

i wasnt saying it was because of hobbyists

Species are not accidently introduced by hobbiest.Whenever a hobbiest releases a fish,its intentional.It takes a complete dumbass to release a fish back into the wild.Weather its the fishes natural range or not.
And I dont buy that all those lionfish in the caribbean got there because a hurricane broke somebodies tank. JMO.

there would to have been some huge display tanks with just lions in them to get that bad.

It was supposedly a warehouse that had just got a fresh shipment in.
