corals, 50/50 lights

is there any coral that can live with just some simple 50/50 lights? someone told me that sun corals could.

if there is, will they be safe with a trigger and a DF puffer?

Re: corals, 50/50 lights

It all depends on the wattage of your lights. Yes, a sun coral will be alright with low lights and low current but I am not sure about the fish capability.

Some puffers will munch on stoney corals to file their teeth down.
And sun corals will be fine in low light. They are non-photosynthetic.Which means they dont need any light to thrive.

If you get a sun coral you will need to feed it which can affect your water quality.

Re: corals, 50/50 lights

sun corals need to be fed almost daily since they are non-photosynthetic but since they are non-photosynthetic they can live under any lighting
