cheep live rock

a fish store near me is selling lr for $2.99 a lb, should i just go and buy it all for the heck of it and keep in it my extra live rock tank in my basement just in case.

and if they bring the price on their rock back up you can sell them their rock back at a higher price for store credit

If you can afford to do it I would. Then you can resale it for very little profit to new reefers in your area or use it on a new set up some day.

cured, its an ok deal
uncured, it's probably standard price

If you look hard enough you can find rock at 1-2 bucks a pound. Cured that is.

fully cured to the max, the store is closing because he never got any business, the rock has been in there for a long time.
