approximately 25x so do I go with 20x or 30x?

Yep they sure will, the LPS might not though.

what im going to do is keep the LPS low and have the korilias up high where the SPS is and point the return pipes at the water so all they do is help with oxygenation

I have plenty of LPS in my 30g tank at 30x. They are fine. They move around a little bit. I don't know the requirements of SPS, so I'll leave that to the others.
