salt creep
alright, heres my question, if the salt dont evaporate with the water, how is it that i got all this salt crap stuck on the hood of my tank?
sounds funny, but i actualy tasted it to see if it was salty. i hope i dont die! haha!!!

the salt on your hood could be coming from the splatter from your return and then drying out ... then repeating the process over and over

You DO realize that salt creep has the same effect on your body as saltpeter does dont you?The only difference is the effects of the salt creep last a lot longer.

Saltcreep is usually found around any part of the tank where there is splashing.
