tested the KH in my frag tank?
what is going on!!!! I just set it up 7 days ago the KH is 179 WHY??

Current Aquarium(s) Description: 55 gal. Reef. 2 clowns, 1 powder blue tang, 1 dragonet, blue damsels., anemones Experience in Saltwater & Reef Aquarium Hobby: about 3 years fish only, but just started the reef with fish April 2008

What brand salt are you using?
RO/DI or tap?If RO/DI,is it your personal unit? What additives are you using? What test kit are you using and how old is it? Whats your PH? Right before the lights turn on and right before they turn off?

just switched to reef salt by seachem
RO/DI yes my own unit no additives API about 6month old not sure on the PH?

I looked at the graph wrong 179 is in range
