Sera Magnesium plus

seriously I know this company is german or spanish or something, but I can't understand their english directions either. What do they mean by...

"Dosage: 5 ml sera magnesium plus increas the magnesium level in 2 liters (0.5) gal.) of water by 60mg/l (ppm). sera magnesiumplus can be added directly to the aquarium. We recommend increasing the magnesium level max. 10mg/l (ppm) per day."

I have a 46g tank that I would like to try to increase my magnesium up about 200-300.

I take it as 5ml will increase magnesium in 2 liters of water 60 ppm. There is a limit on how much you can raise your magnesium in a day but I can't remember the number hopefully someone else on here will.

Looks like 10ml will raise 1 gal by 60ppm. So to raise 46 gal 60 ppm you need 460ml or 1840ml to raise 46gal 240 ppm.

If your not dosing any 2 part solutions, you can use Epsom salt. It will be alot cheaper.
