Predator Reef

I recently had an outbreak of ick and lost everything but my purple and sailfin tangs! I was wondering if it is possible/sensible to go the route of a predator reef. What options would I have and is this really the smart way to go? P.S compatibility with the tangs would be a bonus but they can always be moved to another tank in the office!

Current Aquarium(s) Description: 115 Gallon Reef Aquarium
