Well I'm afraid I'm going to have to pass on the pictures of me in my tank underwater. Sorry, boys.
Neal does do a good job helping me out. I would not have been able to do any of this without him (I can't even lift the lights on my own). I'm very grateful to have his help; he is the best friend I've ever had and I love him very much. In fact right now, he is off at the LFS picking up my bulkheads for me. I really don't know why he has remained such a good friend to me, after all that has happened. Nothing can explain it, except that he is just a really really good guy. We have had a good time working on this new tank project together, and I hope that we can continue to remain friends after this whole divorce mess. Losing his friendship would be the worst thing that could ever possibly happen to me. Maybe he feels the same way about me, and that is why he has stuck around to help me out, as a friend, through everything. I guess it just goes to show that sometimes between two people, there is an even deeper bond than husband and wife, that the bond between best friends can trascend even that level. And that there are more important things that we have between us than our marriage, namely, a very strong friendship. Okay now that you guys have got me all emotional and crying, I'm going to get back to silicone-ing the mesh onto my overflows...
