Re: Biffy Finally Gets a Build Thread!
Hi Biff, tanks looking great!!
Like th eplumbing too - what did Neal use to glue / seal the joints (the purple stuff)? Just in general I know there are some glues (acrylic glues in particular) that contain nasty chemicals such as arsenic. Do you know of a list of glues / sealants to use / not to use? Thanks... Re: Biffy Finally Gets a Build Thread!
I bought some pulsing xenia today, HiBye. Just a really small frag though. And on one of my new pieces of live rock that is in the bucket curing, I found three different polyps... Really strange looking polyps, never seen anything like them before. Unfortunately, all three of them are in really weird places in the rock. I moved the rock to my tank so they could get some light, but because of their locations, I am only able to see two of them and there's no way I could get pics of any of them. But all three seem to be different species. Definitely some kind of polyp, not anemone though (thankfully). I'll see if they grow and spread. I already looked at all the usual sites to ID them, with no luck. GETTING HITCH HIKERS IS SO EXCITING!
