so biff, any signs of a Cycle yet? i'm just getting a little crazed to start adding things into my tank and almost two weeks now and no signs of any spikes on anything. i'm starting to get a few diatoms but nothing major. i'm headed tomorrow to get the rest of the cleaner crew. i think it's safe now. what are your thoughts on this after waiting two weeks yourself?

No signs of a cycle. Ammonia, nitrites and nitrates all at 0. I did my first water change today (approx. 25 gallons) and also added the remaining live rock. I'll take pictures once the water clears! I'm going to run some ChemiPure tomorrow to help things out, but am too lazy to set that up tonight. I also got a nice leather, a nice ricordia yuma rock and another zoa rock with some montipora attached. Pics coming up as soon as I can see them myself!

oh my, absolutely wonderful! looking forward to the pics! after you seeing no signs of a full cycle i'm headed to stock the tank this week. we'll see what my credit card can handle, hehe.

Okay. SORRY in advance for the yellowish-ness of everything! I'm just starting to get over the diatom outbreak from hell. 200 snails have barely made a dent on the glass and rocks, but they're getting there... With the help of my giant magnet. The water is still cloudy so the pics are kinda blurry. But I was impatient and didn't want to wait for it to clear up. Oh, and I'll say what's in every pic because that seems to be popular lately, and is a good idea for everyone here.
Trumpet:  Various zoas and button polyps:  Daisy polyps, green star polyps and cabbage:  Button polyps, mystery red things that I've had for a long time and no one has ever been able to identify, and misc. zoas:  Pineapple brain and green chromis:  Kenya trees and green chromis:  Misc. zoas (NOT happy since they were just moved) and yellow tang's ass:  Zoas:  Clockwise from upper left, green/red striped mushrooms, purple mushrooms, pink zoas, red zoas, xenia, frilly mushrooms and green zoas:  Various mushrooms, baby candy cane, frogspawn with my new baby male tomato clown who has fallen in love with my big fat female:  Misc. monti frags:  Torch and ricordia in the bottom left:

Two kinds of zoas on this rock, the ones in the back are BRIGHT pink, but unforunately, they are IN THE BACK
 . And another monti attached to the same rock: Ricordia yuma:  Bright pink zoas (I paid $10 a head for these things!!!) THAT WON'T COME OUT!!! I just epoxied them in place a couple hours ago, so they are NOT happy. I'll get a pic of these beauties when they come out. Oh, and a red/green striped shroom.  Green leather thingy:  Left:  Right:  TADA!!
