I'm not sure. I haven't had a chance to look at It to see how hard it will be to set up. but waterchanges are overdue and water for my tanks evaporates like its a damn sahara in my house. so we will see

You have to punch a hole in the existing plumbing to install it. So I would recommend against putting it in now. Unless you want to repair the pipe when you move out.
