No heat problems whatsoever, and I live in Florida. I'm suprised how well te fans really work. I've got the fans coming on with the MH's and the water temp only reaches 80 at the most. I think the total unit cost was just under $600 shipped. It's not a crazy $1000 plus+++++ light but it looks very sleek, it's easy to hide the wires, and it gets the job done just fine. Yes, I would recommend this product to my friends. Don't forget about the led's. I've had several different versions of the moon lights. This setup by far works the best. It's best to have them built right in to the light setup. And since I'm too lazy to do that myself I feel like I've gotten one hell of a reasonable deal. Let me know if you decide to buy it. I'd like to see it in action. Oh, and let me know how many fans yours has. Suprising that the photo only shows three.

Wow your fish look so happy! Awesome fish selection. That "sailfin" is not a reguar sailfin. Its a Desjardini. Looks pretty much the same but i like this one better. It has the vertical lines as the sailfin but this one has lots of dots and in my opinion is prettier. Its like 2x expensive than the sailfin so if you bought it as a sailfin, Nice Buy man! good luck with you new fishies.
