Timmy's 25 Gallon Reef!
Hey, I thought I would finally post some tank shots and see what you all think. Here's the rundown:
Fish: Two false percs, one yellow-headed jawfish Inverts: Some hermits, a few cerith and turbo snails, a cool little acro crab named gizmo, one sexy shrimp, and other random things that sometimes come out. Corals: A bunch of zoo's, a rose leather (not fully opened up in the pic...I took it shortly after the lights came on), one yellow acro (that I probably shouldn't have...but it lives), xenia, button polyps, hammer, one plate coral, mushrooms, some green star polyps...that like to spread. Lights: 65 watt compact florescent, and a cruddy 15 watt something or another. Skimmer: Red Sea Prism Delux (it works! Really!) Okay, so the tank went from this in September 2006: To this today: Current Aquarium(s) Description: 25 Gallon Reef, 40 Gallon leopard-puffer-with-other-stuff, 10 gallon...weird, 75 Gallon Freshwater Experience in Saltwater & Reef Aquarium Hobby: Three years or so Other Intrests: Jeeps, guitars, critters, and beer Last edited by tizapolgar; December 30th, 2007 at 07:43 PM. |

Re: Timmy's 25 Gallon Reef!
Thanks for the compliments!
It's been a long, strange trip! Yote - it's funny, I've never "tried" to get the coralline to grow, it just always has. Biff - I'm still trying to learn how to use the camera properly. Hopefully I'll figure out the manual focus eventually... reeffreak - The fungia is awesome. When I got it, it looked like it has been cut in half. I paid six dollars for it! Now, it's pretty much round again.
