i have now fixed the overflow problem, it turns out that one of the pipes in my overflow was starting to come lose from its hole, i dont know how but it was, and it was leaking water when the pumps where off, so i got that fixed and working now. so my next project will be getting the refugium design and kinks of the design worked out.

luckly i caught the problem before we had bad t' storms that knock out power constantly

yeah they were pretty bad day after day, they kept me up at night worrying i would wake up to a flooded house, but thankfully no power outages

Might be a good time to invest in generator.Save a lot of head aches during storms.

do any of you guys have/know of any good plans to convert a regular sump with bioballs into a fuge with a grow out area for algae and with an area for a DSB and rock
