1000Bulbs.com
I ordered a VHO ballast on 2/28 and it showed as being in stock and that I would have it at my door in 5-7 days. I called them today, 3/6, and the ballast hasn't even been shipped yet....because they are trying to get one in!

Good call. Sucks, because it looked like a useful store. But I don't know anyone else that's ordered from them before, so hopefully this is an isolated incident.
