Found this on one of my live rock today, not sure what it is. Husband seems to think it is a baby sea hare. (we have 2 sea hares already) The only reason I dont think it a sea hare is I see is this has a little shell on the outside right near its head. You can see the shell in th 3rd picture

well the shroom and buttons came like that. What should I do? Should I try to take the shrooms off I have never fraged anything before so that makes me a little scared to try and do that. And yes they look like dots, I did the whole snowflake looking thing about a month ago lol

I put seeweed sheet in, i hang them on the side of the tank but so far the only thing that seems to eat them are the snails. The sea hares seem to stay on the rock. They must have enough to eat cause they sure poop alot lol :)

I have 2 and have had them for about a month now I have done a lot of reading on them and there is no conclusive evidence that says they let off toxic when they die. Also the ink they can let out sometimes (I have never seen them ink) is not toxic.

They look like the very 1st picture under Hydroids. Everyday it seems there are more of them, is there anything I can do to get rid of them. Someone told me to try and net them, but they go right thru the net they are to small to net. Any other suggestions?

Well before I saw this post I got it with some Joe's, do you think it will be okay or do you think the joes will kill it. If I would have waited just one more day, I would have seen your post, but no always me in a rush had to so get it and now I probably killed it.
