Was a fanatical mountain biker minding my own business in Texas as a Mechanical Engineer on private Airplanes...Company was bought by a Swiss firm and I relocated to Switzerland...Fanatical was redefined in biking, as the mountains here are so awesome to get lost in...One day I over did it (injured myself), and I now can only take Sunday strolls (can run and walk just fine)...I first turned to cooking for my new release and have made some awesome recipes to share...Just give me a holler.
