how many peppermint shrimp should i get to clear the pest anemones in my 55

Current Aquarium(s) Description: 55 g 80lbs of crushed coral ,55 lbs of Fiji LR. 10 gal nano with 5 lbs of Tonga LR and 2 lbs Fiji LR
Experience in Saltwater & Reef Aquarium Hobby: couple months so far

Well they are hit and miss, i would start with one, and then maybe add them up if he cant do it. But i wouldnt really go over two in one tank, that would be my limit, just because I would not feel right putting more in. So for you i say 3 in the tank at one time???
Cant really put a number on it mate.

I've had good results with peppermint shrimp eating pests. Good luck!

Actually i would put in 6. They will eat other stuff in the tank so they wont starve. But i would not feed your tank very much so that they are hungry and go looking for the pest nems instead of waiting for something to float by. Also, the peps will only eat apitasia pest nems.

Mine eats Vermetid snails!! Love him, he was a great addition.

i never see mine,i just know its there cuz i found hundreds of babys floating around the other day

Does anyone know if peps kill zoas? my pep keeps stabbing at my zoas and I was wondering if hes just picking the garbage in the nooks and crannys or if hes hurting the zoa.
