Please help my lion fish is not eating. He hasn't eaten for three days. What should I do?

I noticed this worm like creature out of the rock the other morning. The underside looks like a yellowish brown color but the top is black. Has centipede legs. Anyway it comes outof the rock (but now all the way) and goes under the sand and to the turbo snail shell (dying). Which by the way...
