I need to clean out some stuff. This is a PFO Model # AQ2-175MH that will run 2 175w MH bulbs. All you need is reflectors and bulbs and you have a MH retro kit. I'm looking for $120 + shipping.

It has 2 plugs and 2 On/Off switches

It comes with 2 quick connects and mogul bases

CCapt....I may be interested. Forgive my ignorance, but is it an electronic ballast?

Obsessed? I'm not obsessed. I just look at my tank all the time, and think about it all the time, and dream about it all the time, and shop for it all the time. Ok...I'm obsessed.

That it would be andysgirl, it would probably work very well for your tank also.

No, it's magnetic M57. It's the same as the ballasts I use on my system.

Why do you want to replace them? Mag ballasts are more reliable and last way longer.

Might take quite a few years to recoup the savings. A 175w MH mag ballast only uses aprox 10w more than a 175w MH electronic ballast.
