Anemone crab gone missing

Brown and white anemone crab, all I found was an empty, no meat in any part of it shell, gone for 2 days now, Oh where oh where can my little crab be?? He did hang out by the GBTA till nite before last.I miss him:(

He may have molted and is hiding until it's new shell hardens up...which is why you only see the shell. Give it a few day to come back out.

Yep, it does sound like a molt. Crabs (like shrimp) molt, and will go into hiding for several days afterwards until their new exoskeleton hardens.
