They are pretty cool looking, red, finger-ish. Kinda like a chunky red sinularia.
They are non-photosynthetic, so they will do better in a shaded area of the tank (keep out of direct, strong light). Because they are non-photosynthetic, they need to be hand fed daily or every other day. By you! Yay!
They are pretty difficult corals to keep. I do not have one, but know people who have tried, and they can be a challenge (like most non-photosynthetics). But they're not in the impossible category, and if you are attentive to it, they are a great addition to the tank.
