FOODS AND FEEDING - Should be fed a variety of high quality marine meaty foods. Will also eat other crustaceans and some invertebrates.

REEF COMPATIBILITY - No
CAPTIVE CARE – This is a peaceful fish that does best with other peaceful species. It can be kept with other peaceful wrasses and wrasses of the same species. It requires a 3 in sand bed to hide and sleep in. It will eat fireworms and pyramidellid snails, along with feather dusters, small ornamental shrimp, tubeworms and flatworms. It may also eat parasites off of other fish. Wrasses are known jumpers so the aquarium top should be covered.
