Clear slime and tube worm

I have two photos here, one has some clear slimy looking stuff, and I'm wondering is that a sponge, algae, or something else? The other shows some tube worms, and I'm curious exactly which kind of tube worm they might be? Thanks in advance :)

Either teribellid worms or vermeted snails. Neither of which is harmful, they are both filtre feeders.

The first pic, slime as you call it is a sponge, in the foreground is a vermited snail. Both are harmless filter feeders and beneficial to your tank. Some people don't like the vermited snail because it casts a slime net to catch food which irritate some corals.

The second pic is a polychaete worm also beneficial to your tank.
