So my clown finally hosted my GBTA over the weekend and now the anemone doesnt open up fully anymore. Is this just due to the anemone trying to get used to having a fish hostig it??

could be a possibility, but how big is your GBTA? fish could be to big for it and actually beating it up a little..

i would say the fish is about the size of the foot of the anemone... if the fish is too big, could this cause the anemone to die? or would it just bother it a little...

Depends on how rough the fish is on it.If its enough to rip the anemones foot,then it'll kill it.But that dont happen very often.

It probably just isn't used to it yet. Give it a week and see if the situation changes. The clown should help the nem by providing it with food and fish pooh & pee (more food). They'll form a great relationship.
