CUC Ratio

Still trying to cycle my new tank, but is there a ratio to tank size to CUC?

At present holding 4 Noss snails, 4 Blue leg hermit, and 1 emerald crab, all out of the old ten gallon, waiting to cycle before they hit this tank. Is this enough or do I want more?

you are going to want to get a few more snails in , ceriths, nerite and a few more nass..
go to this site tell john the tank and he will set up what you need for a crew..

I don't hold with the so many per gallon on CUC.
Instead of buying those pre-made bundles,I prefer to add the CUC a few at time.You want just enough of each that they can keep the tank clean but still have enough food to not starve.

The amount of snails and crabs recommended in those packs for a new tank always sounded insane to me. All I can think of is them starving....

variety is key in CUC......jus spread it out....dont get 20 mexican turbos and call it a done deal if u get my drift..its nice to hit EVERY snail type IMO....some eat some shyt you wouldnt exspect.....im still trying to find the right CUC
