Frogspawn?

How much current can these guys handle? I was told at the LFS low-moderate, but how do you know if its happy? Hes been in about 1.5 hrs and has inflated to about 1/2 the size he was at lfs

i have a hammer coral and it thrives in about no current at all.so i would keep place it in a low current area

mine doesn't like much flow at all. he will not fully expand if it gets a bunch. just give him enough to make the polyps wave a little every now and then. they tend to produce a lot of slime when you handle them or move them around.

You have to feed frogspawn shrimp?
...
Why is mine still alive?
Will it nab some of the frozen out of the water as it goes by?
How do you go about feeding them?

I have never fed a frogspawn and had one for over 5 years.Gentle flow and moderate light is all it needs. If you want rapid growth then you can try some mysis and cyclops. You gently squirt it on the colony with a turkey baster, preferably with the pumps off.

I have never saw a feeding response from mine. It must be eating though, it's quadrupled in size the 8 months i've had him.
