Hydrogen peroxide

I was told at my LFS today that if i was concerned about transporting fish to just drop a teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide in the water and it will oxygenate it

true?

yes it can be done and i think a teaspoon is too much. i would not try this at all just for the fact it is so easy to overdose and that will kill everything

yea i could see it working perhaps but also hydrogen peroxide kills bacteria which obviously can be detrimental to live saltwater.
