nerite eggs?

All of a sudden, after ordering a clean up crew package that contains a bunch of nerites, these white dots have popped up EVERYWHERE in my tank. Just over the past week, they have easily tripled in number as well. I am pretty sure they are nerite eggs, but if not, what are they? Any info would be great! I'm not sure why the photos are sideways, but they are so ignore it.

So, question now is... will they actually survive in captivity? And is it a concern of there being too many?

Nerite eggs wont hatch in our tanks :( which is a bummer because I really like those guys
