How long do you have to wait before you can put water where you just recently used silicone?

24hrs....but 48 is much better. About a month ago I built a 10g fuge for my brother. After 24hrs I did a leak test, resealed and then left sit another 48hrs. Did another leak test and I'm good to go.

24 hours is how long it takes to cure. You can speed that up by aiming a fan at it.

Biff usually just has NDB do some heavy breathing on it to hurry up the process! :mrgreen:
