T5 and Anemones

I've always raised anemones under MH lights. II'm interested to hear from those who have successfully "grown" not just sustained anemones under HO T5's, especially anyone who's had success with 24W lamps. Looking for some specifics: tank depth, total lumens (watts will do), type and combo of lamps, ballasts, etc.

I kept bubble tips in my old 55 gallon tank under 4 x 54 watt T5 bulbs (and the fixture did not have individual reflectors). That's around 4 watts per gallon, and I wouldn't try it under anything less than that. Of course, if your fixture has individual reflectors, the power of the lights goes up, so you may be able to get away with less.
