My Urchin vanished. I have looked all over my 29G but can't find it. I have seen urchin shells and they do not just dissolve. Shouldn't there by at least a shell laying around assuming he died?

You'd be surprised on how well they can hide...especially if you don't see his shell. Good luck finding him.

yea, they hide very well, wait till night time, he should come out then. Thats when they are the most active.

But if he is gone, he has done a dam good job of hiding his shell

The same thing happened to me when I had my first Nassarius snail. The thing was huge. It couldn't have vanished...up to this day there is no sign of him anywhere...

I looked htere he still hasn't shown up. I really do not want to start moving rock to find him. Rearranging rock is like a rubic's cube, once you start moving things around you will probably never get it back exactly the way it was.
