thanks for looking and hope y'all enjoy.

need to run to the store and grab a ball value and a union to get the plumbing done today and tomorrow grab a couple bags of sand and start filling her up with water.

Thanks y'all. I'm super excited the deal I got on this tank. Basically sold my 90g and bought this one with me spending only $150 out of pocket.

thanks. it's 36x36x27 and its 150g. once i make some water and mix salt i'll be filling it up.

woaah.. that is deep.. mine is 23" deep of water and the rim is another 8" or so, and I can't reach the bottom and that is a pain in the ass. .. so..LOL ... put in lots of sand. .. if you want to.. LOL..

Poksal it's even worse when the canopy goes on top. I'll only be able to reach about the first foot of stuff and everything behind it well once it's there it's staying unless I have some ppl over to help me take the canopy off. Def looking for a way to hang the lights from the ceiling. The guy I bought it from has the hanging kit but I just forgot to grab it from his house.

buy a few assorted grabber things.. I have a few... it takes a few... I buy about any grabber I see if I don't have it and it looks usable and is reef safe. I have baster (blaster) bulbs with long thin tubes on them. and dosers with long tubes as well. I built an acrylic plate on the end of a fiberglass rod, kind of like a putter but flat, to rake thing onto to life out.

I finally got everything hooked up to make it run and went to fill it all the way up and saw that i freaking flip flop the drain and the return line under the stand.

i guess do it off of 4 hours of sleep to get up at 4 to go to work and then getting off at 3 and finally getting to the tank after the kids go to bed around 9 was a horrible idea.

so needless to say i just took the piping behind the overflow going into the bulkhead and flipped them. put the canopy on. Sweet it worked(not) the next day FPL came and had to shut the power off at the power lines. the sump didnt overflow and the pump i guess was to quick for the drain or i forgot to add my topoff water so i put a couple of gallons in and the tank started to overfllow and then the sump overflow. WTF was i thinking.

had about 3 gallon of water everywhere. found out water was splashing up into my led fixture which now the blue leds dont come on for the one side. but cleaned it all up and left POed at the tank. finally yesterday i fixed the plumbing got it back to where it should be and finally added the sand from cultured reef down in fort pierce. he has a great lil shop in his front yard. picked up a couple nice frags for $10 and got 80lbs of dry sand for only $45. so far everything but an acro are doing fine. i think i placed it to close to my pavona and they went to war. thanks for looking and pics are to come this week.

thanks brian. i had just enough room in the sump for that skimz skimmer. i'm not sure if i'm liking it to much. it sucks cause the coral are all encrusted on the rock and without any base rock stacking is a lil hard.

now for some pics.
