Thanks. "The slower the flow through the chiller,the more effective its going to be." If i run 480 gph won't the chiller take a long time to reach temp ?

I have a 125 gal tank with a 40 gal sump. I just picked up a 1/3 horse Arctica chiller and I'm confused about how many gallons per hour I should put through it. The chiller instructions say min 480 GPH , max 2400 GPH. I would tend to think the more water I put through it the faster it would cool...
