I guess I could keep the ruble in a bucket with sw water and let It become live and then add It back to the sump..

I meant to say LR not LV sorry.

Put LS in and then LV.The LS is all over my LR.I figure this is not a good thing.What can I do to get It off?I tried using my power head to get the sand off, but that seems to make the water more cloudy and is not getting the sand off.

What should I do If I have die off on the LR?

Okay,so add the 80 pounds of LR to my 90 gallon tank and do not add any more until tank is cycled.Once tank has cycled add small amounts so that I will not have to much die off.

I'm putting 80 pounds of LR is that to much to start off with?Should I put less in, until my tank cycles?
