I second the motion That is one VERY COOL anemone But I have no idea what kind. I've been in hundreds (literally) of LFS's never seen one like that. But here's a link that might help

Yeah ABC Reef is excellent. You might also try Petland in N syracuse right next to lowes Their saltwater stuff is really nice. I'd stay away from AAK's & Fairmount Aquarium tho.
