That appears to be aphasia, a nuisance new. There are several ways to get rid of them from chemicals to file fish.

I'd say it is aptasia. These are common pest anemones that will over populate the tank if not removed.
Looks like limpets. They are harmless and actually eat algae. They probably came in on your live rock.
