He is normally very active but the last few days he has been slow moving and sticking to the bottom the the tank. He doesn't seem interesting in food (Tried Brine Shrimp and flakes) Parameters are all fine. Tank mates are a Royal Blue Damsel and a Snowflake Eel.

Is it okay to take out some water and leave the water level in tank a little low overnight?

It was cycled beforehand with a volcanic rock, apparently its neutral PH or something..

Hey fish friends! My tank has that mild smell of what I can only think might be alge or something... is this normal or is it time for a clean? The tank has had fish in it for about 1.5 weeks.

I got him eating raw cut up shrimp/prawns. Got 3 pieces that cut up to 6 meals and also got him a piece of squid to break up the routine.

Thanks MitchReef! Silly question but they also have cooked ones. Will he eat a cooked shrimp or is it better for him to have it raw?
