Thanks I was just curios I have the same lighting in my tank I run mine from clinics from 7 am till 830 whites 830 am till 730 pm and leds all night you think its fine or more light is needed

He's attached to the rock its word because I've heard of anemones walking all over to find a spot but this one was trained it stayed on the rock the first time and didn't move I think he found a happy spot

i know i rushed in and bought the little guy far too soon but i read poeple been succsfull with gettin a nem like three months into setup of tank a being very succesfull i hope im one of them with this succes

what do you think about the nem he looks healthy or no what should i feed him and are my lights okay for him

i feed my candy cane pieces of shrimp he loves them also feed at night whemn tentacles are out

yeah my nubers started at zero or near zero undetectable to test kit and after a week or so i started to see a rise in amonia and so forth

i kinda new i had to add more lr to my tank but currently it has 30 pounds of it you cant see the rock on the back of the tank i believe its close to a 40 gallon tank not sure ill measure again later on my parameters are stable for three weeks now no soikes in anything currently my paraqmeters...

when did you start your setup i would give it two to three weeks and test everyother day till i see a spike in amonia after thats reaches zero then a spike in nitrites and after that reaches zero then a pike in nitrate but untill you see a spike dont add any livestock to avoid casualties

thank you for your input but my tank has a few months established using nothing but tap water and no more blooms of algae but i guess time will tell im battling over a ro/di system on ebay ask we speak so hoppefully no algae untill then jason:twocents:

i use tap water and a conditioner for it and also had a diatom bloom i cleaned only the front of tank and let my turbo snails do the rest my tank has minimal algae on glass now i think my snails need a reward of a week of with pay lol gotta love them snails good luck with your algae i will put...

Hi and you could use live.fish to start your cycle but why kill innocent fish here what I used and it made.my tank cycle within two weeks I put in a piece of raw shrimp from market uncooked and peeled just drop it in and just be patient its a waiting game now you do have a test kit I supposed...
