Im having cloudy water after i put in PH 8.3 buffer. It says to do a water change but its still cloudy. Will it go away later? I have a green star polyp coral thats waiting to go in my tank.

So do I dip it before I acclimate it to my water or after??

I just got a green star polyp frag and I forgot to get coral dip! What else can I dip this coral with?? Are there any other ways to dip it other than Coralrx and stuff!? Please help! Thanks!
