Yes. The first picture is from the kitchen and the second picture is from the bathroom. Don't worry-all you can see in the bathroom are the sinks! :) Also, there will be a cover to hide the lights at some point.. it just hasn't been made yet.

Since we're new to LivingReefs we figured we'd post some pictures of our tank. Sorry in advance for the glare on some of the pictures and the extreme blueness of the others (LED lights) Enjoy!

Now that I've googled pictures of bleached bubbletips that does seem to be the problem. It was like this when we got it so hopefully without anymore stress it'll get healthier. Thanks!

The owner of the LFS actually came to our house and told us to try guppies. It wasn't as a preliminary measure.. just to see if that was something he'd eat after he'd gone days without. He had said he'd never seen anyone have a problem like that with a trigger. Maybe we'll just need to monitor...

I'll try posting next time I do levels, it's almost time to do them again but not quite. Also, not a torch it's a leather and there is enough space in between them. :)

I've tried 2 different vendors. I'm not big on having fish shipped to my house as the weather conditions are not always the best.

About 175 lbs of live rock and there is a 40 gallon sump underneath with a filter sock, live rock filtration, and a lot of macroalgae. We also have a good protein skimmer. Regular water changes are done every 2-3 weeks as well. :) Am I missing something?

It's under LED lighting, however, it's a fluorescent pink even when the lights are off and it was also this color at the LFS. I don't believe it's retracted as this is how it's looked for weeks and how it was at the store too. I appreciate the comments though!

I do believe it is some sort of bubbletip but it doesn't really look like a rose colored one. It is that very bright pink all the time. Hot pink bubbletip? lol

Sorry about not posting any of the info the first time around.. I just figured there may be a quick explanation in which I wouldn't need to post everything. The tank has been up since February. Inside the tank is a yellow tang, a kole tang, 2 clownfish, yellow watchman goby, hawkfish, purple...

We've bought 2 Blue Jaw Triggers (months apart) and they've both died. The first one we thought maybe was a fluke because it had just been shipped in and seemed upset but the second one was healthy and did the same thing. Basically they are acclimated to the tank properly but for whatever reason...

Found this in the tank this past weekend and have no idea what it is. In the center of the picture there is a hornets nest looking thing. Anyone have any clue what this could be?
