Anyone use one.
I already have the Hydor Smartwave and love it especially for the price and how much you can hook up.
I own all Hydor pumps and now the Hydor Smart Level seems to be pretty good and again for a super low price considering similar items are over $200.
I did email them to ask...
I have only had it up for this the 2nd day so I am not sure.
I will test my water tonight and then again in 2 weeks before my water change. Actually that is the weekend of the 7th.
This set up is working great so far and I feel safe.
The pump it at the bottom of the top off tank, then it goes up and over into the sump. The tanks are roughly the same height. One is a 20 gal tall and the other is a 75Gallon Standard.
The line does angle down once it clears the sumps rim.
The only thing is that it only overfills the sump when...
5 Gallons?
I have a 20Gallon Top Off tank next to my sump and in 3 days it is almost empty.
It only fills up to roughly 15-16 gallons.
5 days and 5 gallons seems like way too little.
If I go for 3 days I have to have someone come and turn on my RO/DI Valve to fill my tank.

Just curious on why this post has a thumbs down?
If you do not like or use Purigen fine but the post is for those who do use it and a great way to set it up so I am not sure why it has a thumbs down.
Whoever rated it poorly, why don't you post why and if it is because you do not like Purigen...

I purchased a 2 Little Fishes 150 to pair with my 550 I have filled...
I had purchased 3 no name brand LEDs just for accent lighting and they failed to even penatrate the water so I found these for only $26 each free shipping.
I was shocked when I opened the box how thick and well built and heavy duty these were. Each LED has the optic on it and they are very...
I don't really have any issues I am just saying for example I cut back to 10 fish will my corals be better off.
I already maintain healthy water so I don't need to remove anything.
I have a 220gal with about 20 fish and 40 corals.
I do not typically have any issues but I would like some discussion on this.
If I took out half the fish would my water be easier to maintain and my corals easier to keep healthy? I am not having issues I jus want to hear some thoughts and...
LFS suggested it when I went looking for some of my usual.
I have already read it is fine to use and no it is not flavored. Not a rookie haha but does anyone use it. $2 is far cheaper for .44oz that $8 for the .80 oz I was getting and the fish ate it quick.
Anyone who wastes a ton at the LFS...
