Looks like your piece of fresh scallop somehow just doesn't have the necessary nitrifying bacteria to seed the tank. I would get a live rock from someone else and/or buy a bottle of the bacteria to re-seed the tank.

as far as I know, there aren't really another alternative retailer. I would just use the normal plant fertilizer if getting from FAF is too expensive.

I would somehow isolate the first clown and let the second clown into the tank and get comfortable with it first. If space is allowed, I would let the 2nd clown there without the 1st clown for at least a day.

That was the scrubber I got from you with the brand new T5 lights on both sides. So, since the light is fixed, what could I have done to adjust it to make it not brown? Less flow? Shorter hours of light?

I bought the algae scrubber from you awhile back and it came with the 2 T5 lights on both side. How much food intake it can handle? 1 frozen cube per day?

Ah! That's explain the brown screens I first got when I first started the new scrubber! Too long the light hours!

We have increasingly better knowledge on raise fly every day. More and more species are adding to the tank-raisable list, but unfortunately it is still a very short list. We are trying. :)

Yes, they should be fine. Sorry, somehow I got the impression that you were going to add more than 2 in there.

They are still young and new to your tank. Give them some times. They'll fight if you have more than 2. You can mark my words. :)

The clownfish has to be in pair. Some people are lucky to be able to keep 3 of them, but they are simply just lucky. I would push the luck to try to get more than 2 clownfish in a tank. When they get mature, they'll kill have the others one at a time.
