My newbie filtration setup

What do you think about my filter and skimmer setup? I am a newbie and about to start FOWLR 55 gal tank. I just ordered the Fluval G3 and the Aqua C remora hang on tank protein skimmer. Just wondering if this will be a good setup. Thanks

For a FOWLR set-up I think you'll be just fine. I am curious about those new Fluval canister filters. Please review it after you have use it a while. BTW welcome to the reef.
